Your Oonsa wallet holds any balance owed to you. You can withdraw it to your bank account, or in some cases put it toward a future booking.
What goes into your wallet
- Refunds from a cancelled or resolved booking, when they're returned as wallet credit rather than to your original payment method.
- Promotional or referral credit, when you've earned one.
- Vendors: earnings from completed bookings, once they've cleared Payment Protection's release window.
Withdrawing your balance
- Go to Dashboard → Payment & Wallet (vendors: Vendor Dashboard → Earnings) and choose Withdraw.
- You'll need a verified bank account on file — add one under Settings → Payments if you haven't yet.
- There is a minimum withdrawal amount, shown on the withdrawal screen.
- Once requested, funds typically arrive in your bank account within 2–3 business days.
Where to find it
Your current balance is always visible on your dashboard home and on the Payment & Wallet / Earnings page, along with a full history of every credit and withdrawal.
