Cookie Policy

Cookies keep Oonsa working and let us remember your choices. Choose which categories are on below, and change them at any time. See our Privacy Policy for more.

Necessary(always on)

Required for the site to function (e.g. authentication, security). Cannot be disabled.

Always on
Analytics

Lets Microsoft Clarity record how pages are used, so we can improve Oonsa.

Marketing

Not currently used to run any ads or tracking. Your choice is kept in case that changes.

Preferences

Remember your settings and preferences across visits.

Your choices are stored in this browser. If you use another device or clear site data, every category goes back to on.

What Cookies Are

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Oonsa uses cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) to keep the site working, remember your choices and, if you allow it, understand how the site is used.

Cookies We Use

You can change these choices at any time on the Cookie Settings page (/cookie-settings). When you first visit Oonsa, every category is switched on for you and no banner is shown.

  • Necessary: needed for the site to work, for example staying signed in and keeping the site secure. These cannot be turned off.
  • Analytics: Microsoft Clarity, which records how pages are used (pseudonymous session recordings and device details) so we can improve Oonsa. It loads only while the Analytics category is on.
  • Preferences: remembers choices such as language and display settings.
  • Marketing: currently not used to run any advertising or tracking. The setting is kept so your choice applies if that changes.

Cookies Set by Other Companies

Some cookies and similar technologies are set by other companies when you use parts of Oonsa: Stripe (payments and fraud checks), Google (sign-in, maps and address lookup, spam protection and page fonts) and Microsoft Clarity (only if Analytics is on). Those companies control their own cookies and handle information under their own privacy policies, listed in the Privacy Policy under “Third-Party Providers and Their Policies”. To the extent permitted by law, Oonsa is not responsible for how those companies use cookies.

How to Block or Delete Cookies

Use the Cookie Settings page (/cookie-settings) to turn off Analytics, Marketing and Preferences. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of Oonsa, such as signing in, may not work without the necessary ones. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.

Changes to This Policy

Oonsa may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, at its discretion. We will post the updated policy on this page with a new “last updated” date and, for a material change, tell you by email or by a notice when you next sign in.
